Breast Implant Replacement Before & After Case 223

This 53 year-old patient previously underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with saline-filled implants in 2006. The implants initially had a volume of 540 cc on the right side and 520 cc on the left side. The left implant was intact, however the right implant was mostly deflated. Therefore, the patient desired to have her saline implants replaced with silicone gel implants. These results were achieved after undergoing a bilateral breast implant exchange with silicone gel implants of 580 cc on the right side and 560 cc on the left side.
