Breast Implant Replacement Before & After Case 218

This 64 year-old patient previously underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with saline-filled implants in 2004. The implants were filled to 300 cc on the right side and 330 cc on the left side. The patient desired larger breasts, so she opted to exchange her saline implants for silicone gel implants of 470 cc on the right side and 495 cc on the left side. These results were achieved after undergoing a bilateral breast implant exchange.
