Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 202

This patient is 38-year-old female who presented with a desire for a cosmetic breast enlargement and a cosmetic breast lift. The breasts were approximately a full B cup in size with moderate ptosis. There was also some breast asymmetry, with the right breast being larger than the left by approximately 50 mL. 

The patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation and a bilateral circumareolar mastopexy. She chose smooth silicone gel implants in 325 cc for the right side and 375 cc for the left side.
