Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 197

This 23-year-old female presented with a desire for cosmetic breast enlargement and correction of breast asymmetry. There was mild ptosis in the right breast, and no ptosis in the left breast.  The right breast was also larger than the left breast. 

A recommendation was made for the patient to undergo a bilateral breast augmentation with a 'mini' mastopexy of the right breast. The patient chose cohesive gel implants of 310 cc's for the left breast and 240cc's for the right breast to achieve a more symmetrical look.
