Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 19

This patient was concerned about the loss of volume in her breasts that made them appear small. She wanted to have a more rounded shape and a larger breast size.

She came to our Williamsville office for a consultation to learn more about the procedure and work with our staff to decide the best sized implants.

Deciding on implants is a big decision for most patients and Dr. Giacobbe and his staff measure each patient to determine the appropriate range of sizes for each patient.

This patient chose an Allergan round, high profile set of silicone gel-filled implants.

During surgery, Dr. Giacobbe placed the implants under the muscle through an inframammary fold incision. The patient tolerated the procedure well under general anesthesia at Millard Fillmore Surgery Center.

The post-op photos were taken six weeks after surgery and the patient was very happy with her new size and shape.
