Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 16

This patient is a Western New York mom who was most concerned about the extra skin and fat in her abdomen and flank areas.  She consulted with Dr. Giacobbe to see if plastic surgery could help improve her shape.

At 5'2" and 140 lbs. and having good skin tone, she was a perfect candidate for a tummy tuck and some liposuction of her flanks.

At the Millard Fillmore Surgery Center, Dr. Giacobbe removed the redundant skin and fat of the abdomen, tightened the muscles to correct a separation in the muscles (diastasis recti), and performed standard suction assisted lipectomy (liposuction) in each flank area. 

The total volume of fat removed was 700 cc's.

At 10 weeks post-op, the patient had no complaints and was very happy with her new figure.
