This 47-year-old female presented with a desire for cosmetic breast enlargement and improvement of loose and excess skin and fat of the abdomen. 

A diagnosis of bilateral hypomastia and abdominal skin and fat excess was made and a recommendation was made to the patient to undergo an abdominoplasty and a bilateral breast augmentation.

The patient underwent an abdominoplasty first then returned after 3 months for a breast augmentation procedure. Implants were placed under the muscle through an inframammary fold incision. The patient chose cohesive gel implants, 285 mL for the right side and 375mL for the left side.
