This 43-year-old female presented with a desire for cosmetic breast lift and cosmetic improvement of the contour of her abdomen. She had previously underwent gastric bypass surgery with a weight loss of approximately 200 lbs. The patient also had 3 children via c-section.

The breasts were approximate C cup with severe ptosis and loose skin tone. The abdomen revealed a large pannus with loose and excess skin and fat.

The patient underwent a bilateral breast lift and tummy tuck.
