Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 46

This 47-year-old female presented with a desire for cosmetic breast enlargement and improvement of loose and excess skin and fat of the abdomen. She had 3 children via c-section and a hyterectomy 1 year ago.

A diagnosis of bilateral hypomastia and abdominal skin and fat excess was made and a recommendation was made to the patient to undergo a bilateral breast augmentation and an abdominoplasty.

Implants were placed in a dual subpectoral subglandular plane through an inframammary fold incision. The patient chose silicone gel implants, 295 mL for the right side and 325mL for the left side.
