Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 224

This 37-year-old female patient presented with a desire for a cosmetic breast lift and cosmetic improvement of the contour of her abdomen. The patient had 2 children.

The breasts were approximately D cup in size, with mild to moderate ptosis. The abdomen revealed wide diastasis of the rectus muscles with an umbilical hernia. There is thin skin over the area with poor rectus muscle tone.

The patient underwent a mastopexy and a tummy tuck to achieve these results. At the time of this procedure, an umbilical hernia repair was performed as well.
