This 31-year-old female presented with a desire for a cosmetic breast enlargement and cosmetic improvement of the contour of her abdomen. The patient had 3 children via C-section. 

The breasts were approximately A cup in size with pseudoptosis. The abdomen revealed loose and excess skin, and mild diastasis of the rectus muscles.

The patient underwent a breast augmentation with cohesive gel implants of 340 cc's, and a tummy tuck.
