This 41-year-old female patient presented with a desire for a cosmetic breast lift and cosmetic improvement of the contour of her abdomen. The patient had 1 child, and had also lost over 65 lbs.

The breasts were approximately DD cup in size, with severe ptosis and normal skin tone. The abdomen revealed loose skin with fat excess, and mild diastasis of the rectus muscles.

The patient underwent a mastopexy and a tummy tuck to achieve these results.
