This 39-year-old female presented with a desire for a cosmetic breast implant exchange and mini breast lift, and a cosmetic improvement of the contour of her abdomen. The patient also had 3 children.

The breasts were approximate D cup with moderate ptosis and normal skin tone. The abdomen revealed excessive skin and fat and weak abdominal muscle tone.

The patient underwent a bilateral breast implant exchange with cohesive gel implants of 450 cc's, mini mastopexy, and a tummy tuck.
