This 45-year-old female presented with a desire for cosmetic breast augmentation and cosmetic improvement of the contour of her abdomen. The patient also had 2 children via C-section.

The breasts were approximate A cup with severe ptosis and loose skin tone. The abdomen revealed a large pannus with loose and excess skin and fat.

The patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with cohesive gel implants of 340 cc's and a tummy tuck.
