This Western New York woman came to Dr. Giacobbe for a consultation regarding her breasts and her excess abdominal fat.

She has a slim, small frame and her breasts before surgery were approximately an "A" cup size. She also had some extra fat that had settled in her abdomen. She decided to undergo a very popular procedure that is commonly known as a "mommy makeover".

A "mommy makeover" combines breast and body plastic surgery procedures to help women regain or improve on the shape they had before having children.

This patient, who was in her late thirties at the time of the procedure, decided on Allergan high profile, saline filled implants that were placed under the muscle through an inframammary fold incision.

Dr. Giacobbe also performed her liposuction of the abdomen and removed 775 ml of fat.

The after photos were taken 5 weeks after surgery.
